If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you are eligible for a complete refund up until you submit your answers. Once your answers are submitted it is too late to request a refund as we have already started the certification process. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact a customer service representative.

Bayside Medical Center is not responsible for confirmation with individual employer or school requirements. We recommend that you check that your institution accepts our PALS certification and recertification programs. We are solely an online provider of PALS certification and recertification exams and subsequent PALS provider cards upon successful completion of our exams.

Bayside Medical Center proudly offers comprehensive exams based on current ECC guidelines and also recommended and approved by the AHA. However, neither the Emergency Cardiovascular Care nor the American Heart Association endorses or accredits any web-based PALS programs. We directly issue any earned PALS provider cards independently from the AHA.

Certified providers are responsible for all certification confirmation and personal actions as it pertains to any given medical treatment or advice at all times and holds Bayside Medical Center harmless in the event such an action should occur. All registered members acknowledge that Bayside Medical Center relinquishes full responsibility including but not limited to death, injury, accidents, negligence, incompetence, and misdiagnosis that may occur as a result of care offered by a PALSCoursesOnline.com registered PALS provider.

It is the responsibility of the PALS certified provider to maintain their certification and PALS education status. By purchasing your PALS certification or PALS recertification exam you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions presented here. These Terms of Use form a legal binding agreement between registered providers and users of PALSCoursesOnline.com and Bayside Medical Center.
