When you register for one of our PALS online courses you are required to provide us with some personal information, such as your name, mailing and billing addresses and contact information. This information is stored in our secure records database. We do not share, sell or solicit personal information or certification records to any outside party.

Bayside Medical Center maintains participants’ records for future correspondence about your order, to respond to questions or to verify certification. If you do need to contact a customer service representative, you may be asked to verify your identity using the personal information you provided during registration. Our staff does not have access to your credit card information unless there has been an issue with processing your order.
